thrasher chip with factory alarm

i am looking at getting a thrasher chip probably the one with the security thing in it, but what i was wondering is if i take out the stock chip will it mess up the factory security system?

No, the factory chip has no interface with any alarm systems.

More security is Aways good with these beasts. Those two systems compliment each other very well.
