I have his website on my favs list and will get my other TB done by him in the near future. Im just trying to save a few bucks now so that I can spend on other goodies like alky and a scan tool.

I didnt do the shaft mod yet but im almost done, im going to set it aside for now.

Did you bevel the trailing edge and Loctite the screws?
Also try to get some button head screws . . . .

Jerryl I didnt bevel the trailing edge yet until I scribe it with the compressor housing and finish by hand. I will get some screws from work monday and yes loctite is going on as I remember Erics problem when the screws went through turbo compressor.

Do you think there is any benefit from cutting the shaft? Ive gone through just about every old thread and havent found any describing any benefits from shaft mod. TIA Rudy

1 hour worth of work .......if you work slow ,dont even think my engine was cool when i was done with mine ...lol
