I finally finished installing my te63-1 with modified ecu, chip, 75lbs injectors, and afpr. When I started the car it would run fine for a minute and then throw a code 45 (running to rich). I checked my tps on the scan master and it was sitting at .46 durning idle. Will this cause a code 45, because the manual says that the ecu will start enriching the engine when the tps setting is at .46 or over. My fuel pressure is set at 48psi with vac. off. How would I go about checking my o2 sensor to see if it craped out on me. Any suggestions?

Did you change the chip?

Try this for testing your O2. From GNTTYPE
 
I got the car running again due to the crank sensor being loose. I took it for a spin and the car does not make any boost and studders when I get into it (as if the car is running really rich), hence the 45 code. When I got back, the scan master at idle read this. Oh, I am also seeing 10lbs of vac at idle.

After making a few adjustments I took it for another spin and the car ran excatly the same, except for stalling on me when I tried to do a boost launch. Seemed as if the car ran to rich and made it stall. The adjustments I made where, lowered the fuel pressure and raising the boost. Here are the scan readings at idle after the so call run.
