If this is a Buick that has an OEM oil cooler, there is a piece right behind the oil filter that has an o-ring. This o-ring looks similar to an oil filter gasket. Looks like the GM part number for that o-ring is 25530999. There is one listing on ebay right now from our good friend earlbrown. A preferred seller, if you will.

In case that one disappears, here is another:

You may have to clean the area of the leak and attempt to find a more precise location.

....and if it's leaking where the filter adapter meets the timing cover, you have to remove the filter, oil cooler sammich adapter and the 6 bolts to remove the filter adapter from the timing cover. Get a new gasket, DO NOT put any kind of sealant on it, put it back together and MAKE SURE the pump isn't locked up.

If you have a chinese timing cover, don't worry about it being locked up. Those are machined waaaaay out of spec, it's not possible to lock them up.

Shoot me a PM if you need a gasket, I've got hundreds of them accumulated over the years.
