Timing/ VE Maps anyone?

Hey guys im looking for a cut and paste or screen shot of Timing/ VE tables for a 3.8 buick with stock or ported heads as a starting point for my MS3 setup. Some help would be great, unless you guys go about a different way for base maps that are fairly close!

Install Tuner Pro and load a stock .bin ?
