I'm looking to get a couple rear tires 255 60 15. Just looking to get some of your guys input on what you feel is a good tire. I was considiring the yokohama avid s/t. Any input/suggestions would be great. thanks

I just ordered a set of 4 for my 87 TR. Fronts are 235/60/15 and rears are 255/60/15. Email me in a couple of weeks and I'll tell you how I like them.

I've a set of 235/60/15 Avid S/T on my GN and love them. Just ordered a set of 245/60/15 for my 455 GS conv and expect to get them on Saturday, before the nats. Was going to go 235/60 and 255/60 but there is currently a national back order, if not in stock, on those sizes.

Mounted with the blackwall out on the GN. Sidewall design is pretty cool and looks good on black car. Now trying to decide if I want the white letter out on the silver GS, something about Jap name on a muscle car. But I do like the white letter outline, not solid. Got a day to decide.

 

[Red Regal T]

On Yokahamas............had a couple on the front of my Red T. 225 60 16s. Took them off my car with 45,000 miles on them and they still looked like new. They were cheap.........cost under $55 each at that time. Great tires!
