Congrats Tony!!! This is the first stock suspension V6 G-body/Grand National in the 7's and "if" he was on a Drag Radial this would also be the first V6 G-body/Grand National in the 7's on Radials. Was this at the Norwalk event or elsewhere?? Please somebody post up some details and I hope somebody got it on video.
 
I spoke with Tony when he ran his time. When he picked up his time slip, he had to reach into the center console to grab some tissues. Yes, he busted a baby in his pants:eek: :eek: :eek:

Yes, this was a Norwalk. I know he runs radials, but can't confirm if he had the radials on. I know at BG he had radials.

I am pretty sure he was running drag radials. It was a beautiful run. The car came out, rolled passed the 60', then brought the fronts up a good 8", and carried them. The front tires weren't on the ground for alot of the run. Looked effortless. Congrats.
 
im fairly new to these cars, but i gotta say i was at the staring line when he made that run , all i can say is man what a shot!! that was awesome:biggrin:
