torque converter?

any one tell me what would be a good converter street driving, maby track here and there for fun, mild work done small cam, bigger turbo, 009 inj, smc kit, front mount, 30 over motor, just an idea lock up or non 9 or 10" stall? thanks guys for any help!!!
