Torque for wheel studs

What is the proper torque for stock wheel studs?

snug em down and factory torques spec is 100 ft/lbs.

Weld wheels say 80 lbs-100 is alot of torque for that size wheel thead.

So, which is right...80 or 100 or ??

I use 80, never had a problem and never snapped a wheel stud.
