Total Seal gapless 2nd ring set....ring gap?

I just bought a set of Total Seal gapless 2nd ring sets, file to fit, part#T2165 & was wondering how much ring gap should I go with? Car is 95% street driven with combo in signature below..

You'll be fine following the recommendations that came with the set.

Ive run .018-.024 with minimal differences. I would run a little tighter than their recs if the top was gapless though. They seem to use more oil if the gap is to large. Must be high vacuum at there on the intake stoke. You will need to restrict the PCV for sure.
