saw this thing at caspers electronics

just wondering if it really shows a big improvement and if anyone has any real world experience with it(meaning you have one or had one)

I do not have one but thought about getting one till I read the opinions of the more experienced members on the board. I have come to the opinion that it is a gimmick that can send a signal to the computer that you are at WOT when you are actually not.
Just adjust it right. Do a search, you should come up with some of the threads discussing the topic.
Just my opinion after doing some research.
 
A properly adjusted sensor will work fine.
IMHO the TPS unit will help get rid of some (not ALL) mid to just about WOT knock when it is fuel related on some cars.
The reason is that the unit gives out the WOT voltage after (I think) the TPS is about 1/2 throttle or more.
Just my two cents.

I don't have one for my GN, but my wife has one on her GrandAmGT. When ever I take it off without telling her she'll ask me if I removed it again. Basically all it's going to do for you is give you a tad better throttle responce.
