SignUp Now!There's tons of 1st gen camaros built too and those were slow as fuck too but for some reason they are worth a ton of money and you can build the whole car from a catalog.IROCs from the 80s aren't that collectible or desired, they were slow as piss and there's a TON of them out there. I hardly ever see them cross the block and when they do they aren't going for much.

There were fast Monte's too. They were called Grand Nationals.... ;-)Lol slow 1st gens uhhhhhh?
396/427 equipped COPO/yenko/SS cars
A Copo and an as aren't even close to same in numbers. It isn't like every camaro had a big block either. I've seen irocs pull decent times even with 305s and stock heads.Lol slow 1st gens uhhhhhh?

Leave it as is. People come into disposable income around tax time and Christmas. Looks nice.i don't seem to be having much luck selling mine. I believe it is very fairly priced. But, I haven't gotten one response to my ad or a counter offer. You tell me where I am going wrong?

Most people want to forget about the 80's LOL. Let's face it, the cars were crap and really don't have the soul of the old classics. I love my GN, but it will never give me the same experience that my old '68 GS 400 4 speed did. Even my uncle's '74 Stingray 4 speed had a certain fun factor to it. The old raw cars were just plain cool.
The only 80's cars that will pull big money will be the stock, low mile '87 GN's and GNX's. I really don't see anyone caring about the IROCs, GTAs, MCSS's, Fox bodies, etc. There are a very rare few people that have soft spots for 80's cars. I'm one of them. They made a big impression on me as a kid, as did other things from that era such as old school car audio, skateboards, and BMX bikes. I guess I look back fondly on those days and like things that take me back. I wouldn't mind having an '89 Vette (6 speed and last year of the digital dash), GT fox body, IROC, '88 Formula, MCSS, or even a Typhoon or '91 ZR1 (last year with stiffer springs). Let's face it though, the GN and GNX destroyed all those cars on the street and that is what everyone remembers.
