Track problem-need help fast!!

Guys-

Ran car at track friday night. Want to run again tomorrow. Car is running a DFI ver 6.03. 72 lb inj, 70-1 turbo, 24lbs boost and all the other normal mods. 12 gals of 112 oct race gas,Track conditions: 45 deg low humidity. Car ran the following

et--7.1
MPH-95.2
60 ft 1.5

Problem is: ET is low for 60 ft time and mods, Car launched hard, laid down in the middle of the track and then pulled hard to the end.

When the car was tuned we had a Wide band o2 and experienced TR tuner tuning it. no knock at all

I checked the car over for loose stuff causing knock. Does the DFI pull timing when the knock sensor is activated?? Car felt like it was pulling timing after 60 ft and then bring the timing back in at the end.
Please help with suggestions-wanna race tomorrow.

You might want to move this to performance ecm upgrades.
Might get looked at quicker.
My felpro's will pull timing, I would think your DFI would do the same.

Pump out the 112 and put in C-16. It's 117 motor octane. Do no other changes and note the difference! Yup, C-16 is $6 @ gallon more approx, but there is no substitute and it's very, very cheap detonation insurance.

I agree with jim. Get some C-16 it is the best "cheap" insurance that you can have.
