no problem buds, nicks little army has me out numbered, just wanted to let anyone considering nicks heads to beware.

Did you "pre oil" or check the seals on the turbo?

I agree this isn't the thread to have brought this up, and a guy with this many stand up people behind him has to be on the up and up... I understand you feeling screwed but alot of things could cause the problem and jumping in here wasn't a good move...

If I had some extra ported irons I would be all over this;)
 
you can only see oil on the backing plate as it is not pressurized into the exhaust. as i stated in my last post it pulls oil when the throttle is closed.

No it don't. There's no vacuum present on the compressor side of the turbocharger when the throttle blade is closed. And there's no blowby or crankcase pressure present to push oil past either the compressor seal or the turbine seal when the throttle is closed.

Your valve stem seals are leaking.
