I'm getting ready to mount my tranny cooler. Is it OK to mount the cooler with both lines horizontal to each other or does the return line have to be lower that the feed line for proper fluid flow????? Thanks for the input....Dean

shouldnt matter since the fluid is pumped thru the cooler.

My B&M said to have the return higher than the inlet, to keep air bubbles to a minimum.

Doubt it really makes a difference

From Summit, I think it was around $200. Has built in fan & thermostat. Instructions wanted inlet on the same side as the thermostat, thermostat is bottom left of pic, and inlet is bottom right. Outlet is behind bumper in the pic. Pic makes it look like this thing hangs down lower than it really does.

Thanks.

I have a stock location, stretch IC so I don't think I can mount the fan where you have it mounted. It would block the air coming into the IC.

Trans Cooler

I talked with tech rep. from B&M ,said to mount with in & out on top, Air does not cool. (paraphrase). Second best is in on bottom out on top.You get the picture.
