ok here goes.
About a month and a half ago i got my car back from a total engine rebuild (Richardson area) from, what I thought, a reputable shop. My transmission dies out 2 weeks to the day that I get the car. I take it back and I ask him to build me a bullet proof trans. He does. I come back two weeks later because my transmission is leaking and smoking real bad. They added a Defective part and yadda yadda... He replaced everything he had done previously at no cost to me. 2 days after I get the car back I cannot get my car to go over 35 mph. 2 days. errr...
After talking to other local GN owners they advised me of there horror stories with this shop. what should I do? What do you think might have messed up this time? The car seems like it does not want to go into 3rd gear. i have been driving around at 30 mph for the last 4 days!!!!
Anyone in the DFW area know any good Transmission people?
