I'm installing a B&M Tranny cooler and going to use the "T" fitting in the tranny return line. This may be a dumb question.......but does it matter if I put the sending unit on the tranny return line at the tranny end or on the radiator end? The reason I'm asking is, the previous owner rounded the nuts on the tranny lines. I had to use vice grips during my tranny swap and finally got them in tight enough to stop leaking. I really don't want to disturb them again. I should have installed the "T" fitting during the tranny swap. Since I'll be working at the radiator, can I put the "T" fitting and sending unit on the line coming out of the tranny cooler? Would there be any difference in temp?
