Trans bellhousing to block bolt arrangement??

Hi guys, I was wondering if the top bolt on the rt (pass) side secures the dipstick bracket? And does the left side secure the ground wire to the firewall? Thanks

I can't remember where the ground went but my dipstick tube is on the top pass side bolt. I'd not stretch the ground too much. Just bolt it to the nearest bellhouse bolt. The engine torques over pretty far and you don't want it to pull loose.
