trans temp gauge reading?

for those with a trans temp gauge in their cars:

exactly how hot is your fluid running?
please give me 2 readings, under normal driving, and then at its hottest temp (like after racing or whatnot)?

I'd like the same answers for the oil temp too, if available.

oil and trans temp.

Each fluid has it's own external cooler--no coolers in rad.
normal cruise---oil-170 trans-150
after hard driving--oil-240 trans--180
These coolers B@M super coolers---11X11X1.5
These # are with a L/U convertor
Both sensors are in pan near bottom
