trans trouble help?

very soft shift started when changed from lockup to non used transco kit was told this was normal ,need shift kit installed pts shift kit still soft put pressure gauge on cold,idle150,reverse250,drive180@idle hot idle 100;reverse150 drive 100 driving 180 drops to 150 at shift comes back, drops to 50 switching forward to reverse needle in gauge bounces check fluid several times checks good thanks for any help

have i found problem

found fried pump everything else in trans look good nonlock valve not installed all the way snap ring not in allway is this all my problem or should i look at something else oh ya stall recomended was way to big about 4000 thanks for any help
