just wondering if the translator plus and extender chip is worth the money?

I have the stock MAF with 60K miles on it

if I was switching what should I change too?
the LT1 3" or 3.5"

also what cars had the 3.5"

does it make a difference if its the LS1 or LT1 which is preferred?

last question
how easy is it to install and tune from there? and dumb question the extender chip would theoretically be the last chip I ever bought correct?

my mods are

hooker cat back
THDP" with dump/test
RJC Power Plate
Big Neck Intercooler
Big mouth intake
thrasher 92 Chip
gauges
Rear variable springs
front moog springs
adj Fuel regulator
volt booster
hotwire kit
walbro 340
160* thermostat
tires
spring cleaning
torque converter lock up

thats it

thanks

Carl

The reason I went to the 3" MAF, I never keep it straight if its the LT1 or LS1, is the stock MAF can quit at any time and I wanted to have access to a replacement that worked.

With the translator+ I can adjust the fuel +/- at Idle and WOT and I can also adjust the spark +/- at idle and WOT.

Since I purchased the extensiion cables I can do this from inside the car.

Check out the pictures on my website, click on it to make it larger, on is of the translator on the back of the glove box.

Yes,
3"
Baseline what you have at installation, twist knobs and record results, note trends, make changes accordingly.
Up until you change injectors.
