I have a tranny out back , its been sitting for 10+ years, looking to rebuild it, has a yellow tag on it and was told its a good one. might use this kit 2004R Rebuild Kit-Street/Strip 550 HP & up :: 2004R :: General Motors :: Rebuild Kits :: Pro-Built Automatics , is it good, looks like it has everything, the tranny shaft that the converter rides on is pretty rusty, can it be cleaned up somehow, would take what needs to to a shop to have cleaned but like to save as much cash as i can>>thanks.
