Transmission options

Hello everyone, I'm new to the turbo buick world and I have plenty of questions but my first is what options do I have as far as transmissions behind my engine? I don't know which ones bolt up and others that do not. I have the original 2004r but it needs rebuilt so I figured now is the best time to ask. thanks!

Brian Hofer - he's on the board...STRONG 200's, great price. A lot of us have one behind our mill.

Some have 400's, minor modifications, not a highway tranny.

Basically any 200 or 400 with a BOP bolt pattern. 480LE's have made their way behind a couple.

If you're thinking 5 speed, that's a can of worms.
