Hey Gerry, I got your message tonight too late to call you back in time. I called and left you a message just before 6 PM your time but you guys were already gone. I also sent you guys an email about our phone issues. I will call you first thing when I get in the office in the morning 8am CST.
To let everyone else know, yes, unfortunately we are still having issues with our land lines that are still being sorted out with AT&T and our local phone company. It seems as though it's not just an isolated event, as we've had customers from all over the country that are experiencing the same issues with their own land lines and their customers reporting the exact same issues to them. Issues range from severe talking delays of 10 - 15 seconds when you answer a call before you can hear someone on the other end talking, phones being completely cut off when answered, to not being able to call in at all. I can say, the phones were ringing off the hook today, but I still had these issues happen.
Right now, if any one is having issues calling into us, the best thing we can recommend to do, would be to either try calling us on a cell phone, or sending us an email with your name and number and we'll gladly call you right back. All I can say is, we do apologize for any inconveniences any of you might have had with trying to get a hold of us via phone.
