Trouble with Dash Lights

I have recently pulled my boost/tach meter to be replaced at Caspers, and since I was in the dash I decided to replace all the bulbs as only two three were working (Check Engine, Gen, and one back light). Upon removing all the bulbs and testing them to my surprise they were all good? Can anyone tell me where to go from here, obviousley there is no power getting to these indicators ( turn signals, water temp, low fuel,). I checked all the fuses under the dash and they are all good? Oh by the way I have an 87 T. Any help would be great!!!

Take a volt meter on Ohm range and trace the leads on the board.

One of them is probably bad

Thanks, I also pulled all the sockets and found that just about all the contacts were bad. I cleaned them all up and they all work. Once I get them all reinstalled, I'll test the leads. Thanks, I'll post back on the outcome.
