trunk alignment

had to replace my trunk lid due to rust, any tips on getting it adjusted? when i shut the lid it move to the right about 1/4 inch but it does latch. thanx

Are the gaps on the sides good, it just moves when shutting? If so just move the latch to the left 1/4 inch. If gaps are wrong loosen the lower bolt on one side and the top on the other and push the hood to the side with the larger gap. Then tighten back up, it should shut then.

You also have adjustment at the 4 mounting bolt area. Loosen and make small adjustments until you have the desired gap
