Trunklid emblem ?

All Regals from 81 to 87 except GN, GNX, and WE4 had Regal on the quarters, none of them had it on the trunk. Not sure about the blue square but I think the full chrome cars came with them and black out did not.

"Turbo T" cars (WE-4) did not have a spoiler either. If the car is two tone I think it should be a designer series car which is '86 and prior. It would have a spoiler though.

My WE4 appeared to have had the BUICK on the L/S of the deck and 3.8 on the R/S.Also was the BUICK held on with speednuts on the back? or were they just Doubleback tape?

They were taped. Unless there were some factory screw ups then the photo turbofish put up is correct for all non-GN 86/87's. I had a body shop that put mine on wrong after a repaint and I had to have them correct it.
