I don't think I'll be of much use to you. You'll need help from a GN guy. I just don't want you to think I was ignoring you.

I have an aluminum discharge tube that's easily taken off. I simply drilled a hole barely big enough for the nozzle which has a tappered seat. I used a sealing washer on the outside.

Guys

I will be spraying on a KB before the TB. Should I get a nozzle that sprays at a 90* angle, or will spraying straight into the pipe be ok?

spraying straight in should be fine. The air will be moving at a very high velocity and it will not make any difference. We normally spray straight in.
