Turbine outlet V-band?

Ok, I am trying to find a V-band clamp and ring for my Turbo outlet. It's a Garrett turbo with a 90mm outlet. I am trying to find a 90mm but only find 3.5". I know the measurements are close and just want confirmation that it's the right one to buy. I've read mention of a 3 5/8" v-band but haven't looked yet. Also if anyone can suggest someone to buy one from.

I would think the 3.5" would work. The guys in this link list the 3.5" as an 89mm and the clamps have quite a bit of adjustability. I have bought Vibrant brand clamps from them in other sizes and got good service.

It's a GT35R pics at the bottom of this thread, I just went and measured it's 3.625 at the widest part of the flange. I am not sure how wide the smaller part of the recess is as my calipers aren't deep enough.

Call PTE, tell them you have a TH6835R turbine housing, and you need the V-band flange to match it for _ " size pipe, and that you are using it to make a downpipe.

Part number 074-3014 is their Steel weld tube 3 5/8" v-band flange for 3" pipe. Also called the WF3L. They might have changed the part number since I was there, but the WF3L is the rolled lip tube style flange. I do not think they make one for anything larger than 3.5" tho. But you could get a 3.5" to 4" step piece and weld it onto whatever flange you get. That turbine housing flange should be 3 5/8" OD.

Or you could check with ATP Turbo and see if this flange will work.

3" v-band to 4" OD tubing.

Just have to make sure the the OD of the flange is 3 5/8" to mate up to the flange on the TH6835R housing. Not sure about what clamp would work. I'd have measurements in hand before calling ATP to verify.
