Turbo 350 swap

My tranny is pretty much gone, iam thinking about swaping in a turbo 350.Has anybody done this,and what is all involved? Any help would be great.

i tried a 350,i didnt like it.i had a 2800 stall and a shift kit.i had no spread in between gears.but i know people are running them with good results.not much of a hassle to switch.i had to use a cross-member out of a monte with a 200.driveshaft was the same.
