Kenny Dutweiler ran 6.8s in a Cutlass body with a Buick engine. That's about it !

Not a car, but I know of a turbo dragster that has been there and hopefully will go faster this year. Unless something comes up, he will be at the Nats this year.

The Gallina/Freeman twin turbo GN went 7.26 last year in Vegas. It has the power to run 6's, just a matter of getting enough of it to the track!:smile:

New suspension mods and new software will be tested this coming weekend hopefully - rain showers may interfer with that plan.:frown:

Stay tuned though, John, Kenny, Len and Jan are determined to have this Buick door-slammer in the 6's soon.:biggrin:

Buddy Ingesol did it years ago with a turbo v-6.Its been talked about on the boards before.It was a stage2 with Ruggels heads and a turkey roaster intake.The car was light but you have got to give them credit.They did it with out the EFI or the turbos we have today.
