Well I know that most people park thier toys (ie turbo regals) away for the winter but because mine is a daily driver I drive it to school. We got about 1/2 and inch of snow and ALOT of ice this morning and my mom told me to drive to school safely. I ran into a friend of mine on the street this morning and waited for him to catch up in a parking lot. After he got in the car, i accelerated and the next thing i knew I was facing the oppisite direction and i thought... THAT was COOL
. Since the parking lot was an ice rink, people decided that it should be an Ice rink for cars and parked thier cars parrallel along the edges of the parking lot and were doing donuts and burnouts and reverse 180's in thier cars (which I DID NOT DO). I floored it into the parking lot in my 83 t-type and what fun it was. I did several donuts and we all stuck our heads out of the top as people cheered. It was SOO easy to do as well, just brake hard, turn the wheel, and give it gas. Long story short, I was unaware that my car could do that as it was the first time EVER driving in the snow, and I kinda learned how to countersteer in a skid, MAD fun.
How well to turbo buicks Handle in the snow, from my opinion, they handle HORRIBLy
, and I may just rent a heated storage space for the winter... what should I do
