Turbo drain question

Is a -8 or 1/2 line big enough for a turbo drain? The turbo is a PTE71 HPQbb. Also does the feed need a restricter?

I would want minimum internal cross section of a half inch at the drain flange where the oil is aerated. A -10 fitting usually needs to be opened up to work properly
