Turbo ID

Please help me ID this turbo. It was on a friends car I helped work out some bugs. He thought it was a stock car but I noticed some HIPO parts. Dutweiller neck, bigger turbo, adjustable FPR to name a few.

Here are some pics of the turbo. It would be good to know what it is.
