Turbo info you might find interesting

I've got several turbos now and relized there realy are some interesting differences. The 81 is an m11 housing, the 84 and the early turbo trans am are both m10 designations. There is definatly a diference in the size of them.I'm planing to adapt the trans am turbo to my 83 to get a little better boost.

Let me ask you this what would be the best for the carbbed set up.... what size is the stock turbo?

The A/R ratio can also be seen inside the inlet of the compressor and the inlet of the turbine housings.

AR.42 on the inlet side for the 81. AR .60 on the TA and the 84 turbo.
