Turbo Instrument Cluster for parts

I bought this cluster off of Ebay a couple years ago and it came not as described. So this has been sitting in my garage for parts, that I never ended up needing. The cluster isnt in bad shape but it's likely been sitting in a moist area as it has flash rust on some of the metal pieces. The RPM/Boost gauge is there but someone cut the wire. The Mileage is at 23K. I'm selling as parts. $25

I wouldnt know. I bought it off of Ebay and it's been sitting in my garage ever since. I have never used this cluster.
