Turbo size

Alright i was wondering what was the main difference between a t61 at .70 a/r and a t62 at .70 a/r? and if I change the a/r going down or up which one gives you better spool time and better back hp

smaller a/r = quicker spoolup

larger a/r = more efficient turbo, but needs more exhaust flow, and will spool slower.

I have seen sizes around .63, and .85 for the turbine cover. Not too many choices. Some Garrett covers will spool differently than the same size from another company. Just minor differences.
