If youre looking for a solid 400hp a stage 3 turbine is about the largest I'd use. With the
Garrett .63 ex and a 2400 stall the spoolup will be decent. You could run a smaller compressor than the commonly used t04e 60 wheel if youre only looking for 400hp.
