Turbonetics TC70 Turbo T4 based

I have what I was told to be a very low mileage Turbonetics TC70 turbo for sale. It's 7 years old, but the guy I bought the car from said it had less than 100 miles on it. I really don't know much about it, but it doesn't have any endplay and it doesn't smoke. I'll take $700 shipped to your door in the 48 States. I'll also consider a trade for a TC78 or equivalent.
