I ordered a chip from him and when I installed it the engine light flashed so I e-mailed him and he sent me a replacement before I sent the other back. Well...the next one came in and same problem, I e-mailed him again and he told me to check the pins really closely because all chips fit differently so I removed the e.c.m. and held it under bright light and he was right. Not once did he he cop an attitude like alot of people. I sent him one of the chips back and all is well.
