Left Turn Signal Wont Work, Evertthing Else Ok.
Checked Bulbs And All Easy To Get To Exposed Wiring. I Started To Get A Little Slight Grinding Noise ( Awhile Ago) When I Turned Steering Wheel. Did Not Give It Much Thought When It Started About 500 Miles Ago As I Had Installed Momo Wheel 20,000 Miles Ago. Left Turn Signal Just Stopped Working Very Recently, So Not Sure If Related. Ready To Pull Steering Wheel, Which I Have Done In Past, But From What I Remember The Access To The Inside Of The Steering Hub/wheel Looks Tricky. Is It Obvious How To Get To The End Of The Turn Signal Stalk.
Did Anyone Ever Hand A Problem Like This That Was In The Turn Stalk. Thanks.

you may need to replace the turn signal cog. You can buy the whole assembly at NAPA or any other autoparts store. If I remember, it's called a turn signal gear.

whoops.

I had to replace mine when the stalk would not stay up or down.

thanks for info

thanks guys. can i do this my self. does that hub come out easy.

Does it click and engage properly?

Does it reset properly after a turn?

Do the hazards operate normally on both sides of the car?

C104B is the harmonica connector on the bottom of the steering column right off the switch itself. Cavities are D through P (11) total.

Purple wire on L is the power feed off the flasher.

Light blue on H is the front turn signal bulbs, yellow on M are the rears.

If you UNPLUG the connectors and take the wiring that is from the switches (hazard and turn) you can use an ohmmeter and the purple should short to those two wires when the left turn signal switch is ON and the hazard switch is OFF.

Unplug that connector first of course and get the proper end up in the column or you may feed power to your ohmmeter which isn't good.
