Two Methanol pumps

Long story short I have an extra newly rebuilt pump from Alkycontrol and a used pump that should be rebuilt as it came with the car I bought and I do not it's history.

I have not even unwrapped them to look at the dates. I bought one a year to the date it was rebuilt and the other was/is new but leaked (it came with the car).
So I need to find out where the dates are to answer the first responders question.

Both look new.

one (the older one) has fitting in place.

it is engraved on the pump part "9/19" and "R" and something

Black one is the rebuilt pump and the silver is the used pump that I do not know the history of but can test that now I have a way of testing.
