Type II Ignition swap

I came across this thread on another forum, and was wondering if this is for hot air cars as well. And if the adapter they sell plugs into our harness? Or would i need the caspers adapter 84,85 to 86,87.

I have a Type II ignition module and coils on my car. I'm using the Casper adapter/hot wire harness and the Casper mounting adapter.
