I had a few individuals tell me that since I have a larger turbo and injectors I need to be running a colder spark plug. Is this true? Can anyone shed some light on this for me if it is true and if so what plug do I go to. I have a TE44 and 009's. Thanks!

AC CR43TS would be good
or a "better" equivilent: NGK UR5

or for a step colder(11sec or faster car) would be:

AC CR42TS
NGK UR6

I suggest a gap of .032

FYI, when I ran a TE44/009's, I ran the CR43TS plug.

A/C Delco plugs.....

CR44Ts....stock replacement plugs
CR43Ts....colder plug than stock
CR42Ts....two steps colder plug (12sec or faster)

NGK's V power plugs.........

UR4's......stock replacement
UR5's......colder plug that stock #2771
UR6's......two steps colder plug (12sec or faster) #7773

with high boost i would recommend the ac delco cr42ts plugs gapped at .035"

that's what i run in my car...absolutely no problems with them...if you have the $ get the ngk ur6's because they are supposed to be a little better...but the delco's do very well also
