Anyone had any luck doing an e85 conversion, keeping stock fuel lines? I'm thinking about 18-20# boost relm. Fuel pump, injector size used? I'm thinking about a TT chip for 80's and upgrading to a 255 lph hot wired pump. From my calcs I should be covered. Thoughts? Experiences?
I've run it for some time on my Syclone, with stock lines. Also using a 340LPH pump with stock lines. The return line seems to flow much more than the Buicks, so no problems with maintaining low fuel pressure at idle and vacuum.
I would use a 340LPH pump if using the 80's, and you plan to go faster in the future. The 255LPH won't supply 80's properly if the duty cycle gets high enough.
