UMI rear lower CA clunking..errrrr

Just installed yesterday.

Holes drilled out 1/2 inch, no hobblen or hogging out the bolt holes on the frame so thats eliminated.

when I back out of driveway it will make a horrible clunk sound comming from what sounds like the front of the lower.. like something binding... going down the road is fine.. only slight left hand turn makes it groan.

I replaced one side at a time unbolting the sway bar.. should i unbolt the sway bar and retorque again together?

just trying to figure out what could be goin on.. all bolts are torqued

Did you buy the tubular ones? I'm not a fan of the UMI lowers at all or the polly bushings they use. I had a set and couldnt get them to stop clunking. Also, use the blue marine grease on the outsides of them where they meet the frame. Thats helps some.

no i got the boxed ones... well at least im not the only one who got clunking

What type of sway bar? My ATR clunked a little bit.
