Wondering what everyone's thoughts are on undercoating. Use it, don't use it. What kind to buy, etc.

3m Rubberized

I Used 3m Rubberized On My Frame As It Looks Almost What Factory Used. If Your Frame Is ""all" Bare Than I Would Agree With Theother Guys..

On the frame, or on the floor pans?? I wouldn't use it on the frame....But you can do the floor pans and wheel wells with 3M rubberized and it will definately help with road noise.

I already put por15 on everything. This car is going to be driven.

Good and sad part about that stuff is as you said, put it on everything...Probably yourself too:biggrin: I remember getting it and my wrists(snuck past the gloves) and I swear it took days to get it off!!

I don't even bother on trying to take it off after it dries.

I was kinda thinking the same thing with it helping with road noise. Good thing cause I didn't plan on putting any dynomat in the car. Gotta keep it on a diet:biggrin:

i like it. i did my floor pan with it. looks good real good and holds up well. the only area where it didnt hold up was about the trans and to the side some. the new trans blurped some oil and the coating didnt like it. you can see in the pic what mine looks like. frame is dirty from washing the car.

That does look good. I think I'm gonna do the whole underneath of the car. How many cans should it take?
