For someone who's time is so valuable, you sure spend a lot of it here complaining about this.

Why not just move on and spend your time looking for the car you want instead?

It would have been different if it was a $5k or something like that beater. You can expect issues and the price reflects that. A polished turd is still a turd. So it looks nice, that's worth something but if the mechanicals and suspension are done then that has to be factored into the price. For that price you would expect a much better vehicle ie minor flaws. Now the issue of misrepresenting mileage is flat out illegal. It seems like that's the case here. Maybe some people wouldn't care so much about the mileage but I do. The seller deserves all the bad feedback on Buick boards that he gets. Our cars are so much fun and so many of us are friendly with other owners that the act of a TB guy purposely screwing another is a low blow to the whole community.

What about the sevre body shakes, the 1/2 turn of freeplay on the steering wheel. The gunked up EGR, windows about to fall out. Seatbelts look like complete chit! The seats are torn up and have been poorly recovered. Plenty of rust under the seats, door panels torn up, etc etc. Car has had a major wreck, milage is completly wrong.

It's a polished turd! You must have no idea how to put a value on a Buick. You seem to ignore the truth here buddy.

if someone my age had the car.. thats how it would look in 6 months.. i understand the importance of time, so you dont need to be insulting me, i remember when he bought the thing, he said it had 53k original miles.. he wasnt trying to scam you, he was relaying information that he got from the previous owner. he believed it had that many miles. I think by the way youre acting the only point youre going to prove is that youre a big baby, whether youre right or wrong you handled this very immaturely, so grow up, count your losses, and move on
