using trans-brake/rev-limiter with speed-pro

will the use of a rev-limiter cause any problems with the ecu`s operation? My foot will be on the floor and rpm will be held where I put it with an MSD 2-step.How will it affect my tune if at all?

I don't recommend going closed loop on the 2-step. The unburnt fuel/air mixture will make for some weird errors with the wideband O2 reading. Set the closed loop hi RPM limit just above the rpm where you are on the 2-step.
