After I hit the boost (12-16PSI) on the highway and then let off the gas quickly (I know, but it sounds awesome:D ), the vacuum goes down to like 22-30hg. Is this normal?
Just idling at about 55MPH (no gas) I am at 17-19hg. At idle~900rpms (in drive)I am at 12-14hg. Is this normal or should I look for a problem?? Seeing the gauge go from 15PSI to 30hg is making me nervous
Oh, I have a 206/206 roller and the PCV system is all new, if it matters.

Thanks. Would all this Vacuum cause more oil to be sucked up by the PCV?

If you have a functioning/correct (Delco) PCV valve, and an intake gasket with the built in valley pan you should not have to worry about bringing any oil into the PCV system at any pressure/vac reading.
